CURBSIDE TRASH. Xxxxxxxx agrees to contract for and provide weekly curbside trash service for the duration of this lease. Tenants agree to pay $8/per tenant/per month for this service, which will be deducted from their security deposits at the end of the lease. This trash service is not mandatory, and tenants may OPT OUT of this trash service in writing, prior to the start of lease. Tenants remain liable for costs related to any illegal trash putouts. Specifically, failure to use City required traditional plastic garbage bags, tenants placing garbage on curb on incorrect put out days, tenants placing illegal items for put out (tires, metal, electronics), and tenants putting out amounts of trash in excess of City regulations. Tenants will be charged for staff time and related costs (dump runs, etc) if they violate the above City regulations. Recyclables are to be placed in blue bins in trash areas outside of the house. A NOTE ON MOVE OUT GARBAGE: Because the City of Syracuse limits the amount of trash put out per week, tenants who generate an excessive trash pile at move out time that violates the city proscribed limit will be charged an excess trash fee of $40 per person by landlord to cover the cost of labor, time, gas to relocate excess trash, dumpster rental fees and/or dump fees.

Tenants agree to pay $6/per tenant/per month (to be deducted from their security deposits at the end of the lease). Xxxxxxxx agrees to deliver trashcans and bags to curb, and to return trash cans to side of house in a timely fashion. Landlord will assume all liability of any fines issued by the City as it pertains to the timely delivery and removal of trash and trash cans. Tenants are liable for any illegal trash putouts (i.e. Tenants placing trash on curb on wrong days, placing illegal (not collected items {tires, metal, etc.) in trash after it has been placed to the curb by Landlord. Recyclables are to be placed in blue bins in trash areas outside of house. Tenants may request to OPT OUT of this trash service in writing, a written request signed by ALL occupants of the house is required to enact the opt out.

A NOTE ON MOVE OUT GARBAGE: Because the City of Syracuse limits the amount of trash put out per week, tenants who generate an excessive trash pile at move out time that violates the 2x 30 gallon trash can limit, will be charged an excess trash fee of $30 per person by landlord to cover the cost of loading and transporting this excess waste to the dump, as well as cover the associated dump fees.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Toilets Sanitary ware and fittings of premium international brands like American Standard, Toto or equivalent. Provision for geysers in each toilet or for pressure pumps in each Apartment. Glass partitions between dry and wet areas.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.
