Customer Objectives. County of San Bernardino has Siemens controls that need maintenance, updates and upgrades from time to time. The County requires Siemens’ factory trained staff to provide preventive maintenance, software upgrades and maintenance, County facility staff directed support, training and to help protect the investment in Siemens systems within its facilities.
