Customer Obligations and Warranties. 9.1 The Customer is required at all times during the term to maintain the Customer Equipment in good order and working condition and to provide prior written notification to PTLGateway of any changes to the same. At no time during the Term shall the Customer permit the Customer Equipment to fall below the specifications therefore contained in the First Schedule.
