Customer Service Center. Throughout the Franchise term, the Grantee must maintain, at a minimum, one (1) customer service center conveniently located within five (5) miles of the Franchise Area which will be open during Normal Business Hours, to provide Subscribers the opportunity to receive and pick up Subscriber equipment and to make xxxx payments and complaints.

Customer Service Center. The Company department (or the agent designated by Company) responsible for resolving technical problems relating to the HR3 Site.
Customer Service Center. The limit is 15 percent (15%) of the total employee complement, or two positions, whichever is greater, of those who are regularly assigned to the Customer Service Center.
Customer Service Center. The Concessionaire shall maintain a Customer Service Center (Service Center) staffed with representatives who will be available Monday through Friday, except on Holidays, during normal business hours to provide assistance to customers of the system for billing or service issues. The Service Center can serve both water and wastewater customers. The Concessionaire will dedicate office space for use as a Service Center. The Service Center will be located in an area easily accessible to customers. The Service Center will be equipped with telephones capable of accommodating a minimum of three (3) separate, simultaneous calls. A separate and distinct customer service telephone number will be established. In addition to the Service Center, the Concessionaire will establish a Call Center that will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays, where customers can report emergencies or complaints.

Customer Service Center. Verio and NTT America shall work together to develop a group of Japanese speaking customer support personnel at Verio's Customer Service Center, to be mutually agreed upon and described in Attachment A.
