Customer Usage Data. 7.1 Usage Data with respect to end users will be provided by ALLTEL to Universal Telecom when the end user has been transferred to Universal Telecom, and Universal Telecom purchases Resale Services from ALLTEL.
7.2 ALLTEL will provide usage data for Universal Telecom customers using ALLTEL-provided Resale Services. Usage Data includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of information:
7.2.1 All record types that are currently processed for ALLTEL customers.
7.2.2 Use of CLASS/ Custom Features;
7.2.3 Station level detail for ALLTEL - provided CENTREX families of services; and
7.2.4 Complete call detail and complete timing information for Resale Services;
7.3 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data for completed calls only for service offerings that ALLTEL records for itself (e.g., Local Measured Services) and recordings performed on the behalf of ALLTEL for operator services and directory assistance.
7.4 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data to Universal Telecom only for Universal Telecom Customers. ALLTEL will not submit other carriers’ local usage data as part of the Universal Telecom Usage Data.
7.5 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data in EMI format.
7.6 ALLTEL will include the Working Telephone Number (WTN) of the call originator on each EMI call record.
7.7 End user customer usage records and station level detail records will be in packs in accordance with EMI guidelines.
7.8 ALLTEL will transmit formatted Usage Data to Universal Telecom via CONNECT: Direct or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Universal Telecom is responsible for the connection.
7.9 Universal Telecom and ALLTEL will test and certify the CONNECT: Direct interface to ensure the accurate transmission of Usage Data. Universal Telecom will pay to ALLTEL a per message charge for ALLTEL’s transmission of usage data to Universal Telecom.
7.10 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data to Universal Telecom daily (Monday through Friday) on a daily on a time schedule to be determined by the Parties. By mutual agreement of both Parties, this schedule can be amended with 30 days written notice.
7.11 ALLTEL will establish a single point of contact to respond to Universal Telecom call usage, data error, and record transmission inquiries.
7.12 ALLTEL will xxxx and Universal Telecom will pay the applicable charges for Usage Data set forth in this Agreement. Billing and payment will be in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

9.11 Windstream will establish a single point of contact to respond to Spectrotel call usage, data error, and record transmission inquiries.
9.12 Windstream will xxxx and Spectrotel will pay the applicable charges for Usage Data set forth in this Agreement. Billing and payment will be in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Customer Usage Data. General Requirements
27.13.1 Daily usage data will be provided by SBC ILLINOIS to CLEC via a daily usage file (DUF). The DUF will be provided when CLEC purchases unbundled network switching, Resale services and/or other services billed out of the resell xxxxxx system. SBC ILLINOIS will not provide usage data where customers have flat rate local service s billed out of the resell xxxxxx system, but will provide usage data where customers have measured local services.
27.13.2 SBC ILLINOIS will provide all usage data for CLEC's customers using the SBC ILLINOIS-provided Network Element(s), Resale services and/or other services billed out of the resell billing system
27.13.3 SBC ILLINOIS will provide usage data for completed calls only for Network Elements that SBC ILLINOIS records (e.g., unbundled local switching, but not loops). SBC ILLINOIS will provide usage data for completed calls for Resale services and/or other services billed out of the resell billing system offerings that SBC ILLINOIS records for itself (e.g., Local Measured Service.)
27.13.4 SBC ILLINOIS will provide to CLEC Usage Data for CLEC customers only, which will include usage data for 3rd party originated calls. SBC ILLINOIS will not submit other local carrier usage data as part of the CLEC Usage Data.
27.13.5 SBC ILLINOIS will only provide daily usage files pursuant to this Section for services described in Section 27.13.1 and provided to CLEC under this Agreement.

Customer Usage Data. Customer agrees that Imply is free to disclose anonymized aggregate measures of Customer’s Software and Service usage and performance, and to reuse all general knowledge, experience, know-how, works and technologies (including ideas, concepts, processes and techniques) acquired during provision of the Software and Services (“General Knowledge”), including that it could have acquired performing the same or similar services for another customer. Customer further agrees that Imply shall have the right to create anonymized compilations and analyses of Customer’s Software and Service use that is combined with data from numerous other customers (“Aggregate Data”), and to create reports, evaluations, benchmarking tests, studies, analyses and other work product from such Aggregate Data (“Analyses”). Imply shall have exclusive ownership rights to, and the exclusive right to use and distribute, such Aggregate Data and Analyses for any purpose, including, but not limited to advertising, marketing, and promotion of networking opportunities to other clients and prospective customers of its Software and Services; provided, however, that Imply shall not distribute Aggregate Data and Analyses in a manner that identifies Customer.
Customer Usage Data. Upon termination of the Service Agreement, Constructor Technology may retain, use, and disclose Customer Usage Data for the purposes set forth in 2.1 Relationship) of this DPA, subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in the Service Agreement. Constructor Technology will anonymize or delete Customer Usage Data when Constructor Technology no longer requires it for the purposes set forth in 2.1 Relationship of this DPA.
