Daily Mileage Formula. The Employee will be reimbursed by the Employer in accordance with the following formula: The distance between the job and the nearest point to the Free Travel Zone as described in above, shall be measured by automobile odometer following a route and roads over which the Local Part B Commercial Institutional Work Expiry April automobile could be reasonably expected to travel. This distance would then be doubled, thus allowing for the complete round trip. The responsibility for method of transportation and resultant expense is solely that of the Em Employers Based In Map "A" All Employers who declare the area described in Map "A at time of signing to be their place of business, may hire Employees to work in the area described within the area covered by Map "A" without payment of Travel Expenses. Any Employer declaring Map " A to be their place of business and who accepts contracts outside of the area described in Map " A shall pay travel expense as per this Section or Living out Allowance at the Employer's discretion. Employees who reside within the area of Map " A shall receive hiring preference within the area. Based Outside Map "A" All Employers who declare their place of business at time of signing to be outside Boundary of Map "A" shall have a Free Travel Area of forty (40) road kilometres from the Main Post Office of the Town, City or Municipality where they have declared their place of business.   • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.
