Data Disclosures. The Parties represent and warrant that they will only disclose Personal Data to a third party in accordance with Privacy and Data Protection Law and with this Agreement and Principal Agreement and will require such third party in writing to comply with Privacy and Data Protection Law and with the same obligations as are imposed on each Party by this Agreement, as appropriate and relevant, unless it is not possible to do so, such as where the data recipient is a governmental authority.

Data Disclosures. The Parties represent and warrant that they will only disclose Personal Data Processed to a third party in the context of the Services in accordance with EU Data Protection Law and will require such third party in writing to comply with EU Data Protection Law as well as the same obligations as are imposed by this EU Addendum, as appropriate and relevant, unless it is not possible to do so, such as where the data recipient is a governmental authority. Customer will not disclose any Ekata Data to third parties.
Data Disclosures. Unless such notification is prohibited by applicable law, the Supplier shall immediately notify Sanoma of any requests from governmental authorities regarding access to Sanoma’s Personal Data, and not respond to such a request without Sanoma’s prior written approval.

The Company does not sell Data or share Data for cross-context behavioral / targeted advertising purposes.
Data Disclosures. Customer hereby consents to NTS disclosing Customer’s data required to be disclosed by any (a) law of the U.S.A., or (b) court order of any jurisdiction in the U.S.A. or other jurisdiction in which either NTS or Customer operates its business. However, if and to the extent allowed by such law or court order, NTS will promptly notify Customer in writing of the legal obligation and, if Customer chooses, Customer may seek protective measures against the requirement at Customer’s sole expense and reimburse NTS for any reasonable expenses (including costs for legal advice, staff hours, and disbursements) incurred by NTS in complying with such requirement.

Data Disclosures. Unless such notification is prohibited by applicable law, each Party shall immediately notify the other Parties of any requests from governmental authorities regarding access to the Party’s Personal Data, and if possible, the Parties shall collaborate in good faith in designing a response to such a request.

Data Disclosures. In compliance with what is permitted at Law, any requests made from any competent governmental, regulatory and/or supervisory authorities, including law enforcement entities, whether in the Home Member State or in the Host Member State, regarding access to EPG’s Personal Data that the Data Processor may receive should be immediately notified to EPG, unless otherwise prohibited, such as a prohibition under criminal law to preserve the confidentiality of a law enforcement investigation. Response to such requests should not be made without EPG’s prior written approval.
