Text Format. Xulon Press reserves the right to determine the manner and style in which the Work will be formatted and typeset, using The Chicago Manual of Style guide. The Author acknowledges that Xulon Press does not guarantee it will perform any custom or unusual formatting requests. Since formatted text for the work is submitted to print (“at press”) only after the Author reviews and approves their file (written or verbal indication to Xulon Press), under no circumstances shall Xulon Press refund, reimburse, or otherwise replace works printed with textual or formatting errors. All Work submitted is for black & white interior formatting. Color interior Work requires a custom quote. Author agrees to submit his/her manuscript in complete and final form (already edited, copyedited, and proofread). The Author acknowledges that Xulon Press may assess "change fees" for author-requested text changes after authors have submitted their manuscript in complete and final form. Changes can be made to the cover for a fee. Fees are subject to change at any time. All authors shall pay a $34.95 annual file and distribution fee on the anniversary of their "publish" date (the date when the Author's work is uploaded to the press for the first time). Author will be notified via email and Author Center that online payment is due. There will be a $20 late fee if not paid by the anniversary date. If the file and distribution fee is not paid by the anniversary date, Xulon Press will terminate your agreement within 60 days of the expiration date. Xulon Press reserves the right to deduct unpaid renewal fees or any other unpaid past due balance from author's royalty account.

Text Format. Master Press reserves the right to determine the manner and style in which the Work will be formatted and typeset, using styles that are consistent with popular trade books, and using a Times New Roman font. The Author acknowledges that Master Press cannot guarantee it will perform any special or unusual formatting requests. The Author also acknowledges that Master Press cannot create an index for the Work, and cannot accommodate footnotes, only end of chapter or end of book endnotes. The author acknowledges that from time to time, though our accuracy is high, errors may occur in the typesetting process. Master Press shall perform one free round of corrections to fix Master Press errors proven by the author, at no cost to the author. But under no circumstances shall Master Press refund, reimburse, or otherwise replace books printed with such errors. Miscellaneous Fees All manuscripts are to be submitted to Master Press in complete and final form (already edited, copy edited, and proofread). After submission, Master Press shall perform one free round of corrections to fix Master Press errors (proven by the author) at no cost to the Author, prior to proof being approved and printed. Typological errors cause by Author will be corrected at Author’s request and billed at our Interior Designer’s hourly rate plus interior resubmission fee and proof printing price. Under no circumstances shall Master press refund, reimburse, or otherwise replace books printed with such errors. Authors should review interior draft carefully for typographical errors before signing off on it and ordering a proof.
Text Format. This field shall contain a valid three- character code indicating the format or type of text data. Valid codes are STA to indicate BCS-A, MTF to indicate NATO MTF (refer to STANAG 5500 for examples of the NATO MTF format), UT1 to indicate ECS text formatting and U8S to indicate U8S text formatting. Text FormatThe Supplier shall provide the Customer with payment data and the facility to produce, download and export statements and reports so the Customer can manage their payment processes. The statements and reports shall contain, but shall not be limited to, the following:
Text FormatThe process to follow for a data file in original text format is: (1) The XML file of the deposit as described DNDE Specification must be named as the containing file as specified in Appendix 4 – C. File Naming Conventions but with the extension xml. (2) The data file(s) are aggregated in a tarball file named the same as (1) but with extension tar. The suggested algorithm for compression is ZIP as per RFC 4880. (3) A compressed and encrypted OpenPGP Message is created using the tarball file as sole input. The compressed data will be encrypted using Escrow Agent’s public key. The suggested algorithms for Public-key encryption are Elgamal and RSA as per RFC 4880. The suggested algorithms for Symmetric-key encryption are TripleDES, AES128 and CAST5 as per RFC 4880. (4) A digital signature file will be generated for every processed file using the Registry’s private key. The digital signature file will be in binary OpenPGP format as per RFC 4880 Section 9, reference 2, and will not be compressed or encrypted. The suggested algorithms for Digital signatures are DSA and RSA as per RFC 4880. The suggested algorithm for Hashes in Digital signatures is SHA256. (5) The processed files and digital signature files will then be transferred to the Escrow Agent through secure electronic mechanisms, such as, SFTP file upload, etc. as agreed between the Escrow Agent and the Registry Operator. Non-electronic delivery through a physical medium such as CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, or USB storage devices may be used if authorized by ICANN. (6) The Escrow Agent will then validate every (processed) transferred data file using the procedure described in Section 7.5.

Mill City Press reserves the right to deduct unpaid renewal fees or any other unpaid past due balance from author’s royalty account.

  • File Format Standard Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide zone files using a subformat of the standard Master File format as originally defined in XXX 0000, Section 5, including all the records present in the actual zone used in the public DNS. Sub-format is as follows: Each record must include all fields in one line as: <domain-name> <TTL> <class> <type> <RDATA>. Class and Type must use the standard mnemonics and must be in lower case. TTL must be present as a decimal integer. Use of /X and /DDD inside domain names is allowed. All domain names must be in lower case. Must use exactly one tab as separator of fields inside a record. All domain names must be fully qualified. No $ORIGIN directives. No use of “@” to denote current origin. No use of “blank domain names” at the beginning of a record to continue the use of the domain name in the previous record. No $INCLUDE directives. No $TTL directives. No use of parentheses, e.g., to continue the list of fields in a record across a line boundary. No use of comments. No blank lines. The SOA record should be present at the top and (duplicated at) the end of the zone file. With the exception of the SOA record, all the records in a file must be in alphabetical order. One zone per file. If a TLD divides its DNS data into multiple zones, each goes into a separate file named as above, with all the files combined using tar into a file called <tld>.zone.tar.

  • Format The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow (including encryption, signing, etc.) but including only the fields mentioned in the previous section, i.e., the file will only contain Domain and Registrar objects with the fields mentioned above. Registry Operator has the option to provide a full deposit file instead as specified in Specification 2.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.
