Data License. 2.1. The Licensee hereby grants Worldsensing a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free license to use all data (including Analytics Data and any unique account identifiers) provided to Worldsensing by Licensee, for the purposes of (i) providing Support Services and other services to Licensee; (ii) improving the Worldsensing Software; (iii) performing analyses related to the operation and Licensee’s use of the Worldsensing Software. The foregoing license includes the right for Worldsensing to develop and publish or otherwise make available broadly applicable insights regarding aggregated data from multiple Worldsensing Software Licensees, but only when the Analytics Data have been aggregated or de-identified so that such insights cannot reasonably be used to identify Licensee’s Users or Visitors.
Data License. TCM hereby grants to Subscriber a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to use the Data in accordance with section 1(d). This license is non-transferable, except in the case of an assignment pursuant to section 12.
Data License. (b) For purposes of this Supplement, “Contractor(s)” shall mean a third party that may access the Database Information on Customer’s behalf and within a Customer-controlled environment, provided that such contractors use the Database Information in accordance with this Agreement. Customer is liable for any use or disclosure by any Contractor of Database Information which if done by Customer itself would be a breach of this Agreement. Customer may not resell or relicense the Database Information. All Database Information provided to Customer is proprietary information of SAP or its third party information providers (“Providers”). The Database Information is provided, “as is” without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the Database Information, and SAP advises Customer to independently verify such Database Information. SAP and its Providers shall not be liable for any loss arising out of or in any way relating to the Database Information. SAP’s Providers are third party beneficiaries of these terms. SAP and its Providers (i) shall not be liable to Customer for any loss or injury arising out of or in any way relating to the Database Information and (ii) will not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, punitive or other indirect damages.
Data License. You grant to SCC and its agents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, right and license to use Coalition Partner Materials to the extent reasonably necessary and for the purpose of performing its duties, functions, responsibilities hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, SCC may, or may permit others, to use aggregate, de-identified, clinical, epidemiological and other data generated as part of SCC’s duties, functions, and responsibilities hereunder (“Aggregate Data”) and may grant to third parties the right to use Aggregate Data for purposes permitted under applicable law.
Data License. Customer grants OpenGov a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use any data or information submitted by Customer to OpenGov for the development of new software or the provision of the Software Services.

Data License. Notwithstanding any other provision or requirement of the Asset Services Agreement or the Purchase Agreement, FMC may, provided that it is in compliance with Applicable Law, create, use and disclose, in any manner it deems necessary, any data received pursuant to this Agreement or statistical abstracts of such data, with any NPPI removed. In return for payment by FMC to Owner of a one-time license fee of $750,000, the Owner hereby grants to FMC a limited, exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual license to retain and use the Updates for any lawful purpose. The license created hereunder is perpetual and shall survive termination of the Asset Services Agreement or this Agreement for any reason.

Partner hereby grants to Constant Contact a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use the Customer Data and Subscriber Data to provide the Services to Partner and Customers and to communicate with Customers regarding the Services (including with respect to the marketing and sale of other Constant Contact products and services).
