Partner Materials definition

Partner Materials means Partner developed materials pertaining to Partner, including but not limited to: Partner’s marketing materials, Partner’s tradenames, Partner’s logos technical materials, training materials, and other information of Partner or of third parties including Confidential Information.
Partner Materials means all materials, specifications and Partner Data supplied by the Partner to Pivigo in relation to the Services;

More Definitions of Partner Materials

Partner Materials means the Partner’s personnel, facilities, equipment, databases, software, content, domain names, trademarks, trade names and service marks, and other information, documentation or resources of the Partner.
Partner Materials means any and all information or materials provided to ANet by Partner and its employees in connection with the implementation of the Program, including, without limitation, the Partner Data and student performance results on the scheduled interim assessments (as defined on the Partner Data Page).
Partner Materials means any works and materials that exist as at the date on which those materials are first used for the purposes of this Agreement, the Intellectual Property Rights of which are vested in a Funding Partner;
Partner Materials means any information, specifications, instructions, or materials provided by Partner in connection with the Professional Services.
Partner Materials. “ means your published content, logos and other branding materials, sales tools, and other resources concerning your Company or solutions that you may provide Databricks, but excluding your Confidential Information. “Partner Portal“ refers to the Databricks-provided website(s) and applications through which we may provide you access to tools, information, documents, and communications related to the Databricks Partner Network, Programs and Offers. “Profile“ means information about your Company that we may include in internal/external website listings, including “partner locator” search functions. “Requirements“ are the business, technical and other requirements to be satisfied in order for a partner organization to be eligible for a Benefit, as stated in the Additional Terms of the relevant Program or Offer.
Partner Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1(a) below.
Partner Materials means all devices, documents, data, know-how, methods, processes, software and other inventions, works, technologies and materials, including any and all service software, documentation, computer hardware, programs, reports and specifications, client software and deliverables provided or used by Partner in connection with performing the Scope of Work, in each case developed or acquired by the Partner independently of this Agreement.
