Daylight Savings/Standard Time. When an employee is scheduled to work the shift when the clocks are turned back one (1) hour in the Fall and results in the employee working an additional hour, the employee will be compensated one (1) hour of overtime at time and one half. When the employee is scheduled to work the shift the clocks are moved forward one (1) hour in the Spring, and the employee works one hour less than his/her regular shift, he or she may choose one of the following to complete the shift assignment:
