DAYS AND HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME. (a) Each employee shall be guaranteed eight (8) hours work each day, provided he commences work at the start of his shift, with a half (1/2) hour off for lunch and two (2) paid fifteen (15) minute breaks. The work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusive.

DAYS AND HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME. ‌ (a) Guaranteed Work Week (i) Each employee shall work and be guaranteed eight (8) hours work each day, provided he commences work at the start of his shift, day with a one half (1/2½) hour off for lunch and two a consecutive guaranteed five (25) paid fifteen day, forty (1540) minute breakshour work week. The work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusive, except as set out in (ii) herein. Employees recalled from a lay-off during the middle of the week will not be eligible for the guaranteed work week and shall not be guaranteed forty (40) hours of work.
