DAYS AND HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME. 7.01 (a) Each employee shall be guaranteed the amount of hours normally worked on their shift provided they commence work at the start of their shift and do not leave of their own accord before completing the shift. Flat-rate employees will continue with the current eighty percent (80%) guarantee of hours worked over a two (2) week period.
