Common use of Days and Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Days and Hours of Work. 10.1.1 For Teaching members the work week will be Monday through Friday, unless an arrangement is made that is mutually acceptable to the member, the department Chair and the appropriate Xxxx. During the examination period, work may be assigned on the weekend for examination purposes. 10.1.2 Members are entitled to a minimum twelve (12) hour break between workdays, unless a suitable alternate arrangement can be made between the member and the department chair.
