Death of the Superintendent. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon death of Superintendent.
Death of the Superintendent. B. Discharge for cause shall be in accordance with the Indiana Statutes stipulating cause for dismissal of an established teacher.
Death of the Superintendent. This Contract shall automatically terminate upon the death of the Superintendent. In such event, the Superintendent’s estate shall be paid the full monthly salary installment pursuant to Section 5 for the month during which the death occurred.
Death of the Superintendent. This Contract shall automatically terminate upon death of Superintendent. The District shall pay the Superintendent’s estate any accrued and unpaid salary, benefits and expenses as of the date of termination of this Contract.
Death of the Superintendent. In the event of death of the Superintendent, this Agreement shall terminate immediately and the Board may appoint an interim administrator to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Superintendent under this Agreement.
Death of the Superintendent. F. Resignation, upon ninety (90) school days’ notice. Nothing will prohibit the BOARD from suspending the SUPERINTENDENT without pay pending completion of the requirements of this Section. After the effective date of dismissal, the SUPERINTENDENT will not be entitled to any further payments of compensation of any kind under this Agreement, except that the SUPERINTENDENT will be entitled to any vested benefits payable under the terms and provisions of the Illinois Teachers' Retirement System.
Death of the Superintendent. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the death of the Superintendent; provided, however, that any compensation or benefits earned, including but not limited to salary, unused vacation leave, bonuses or life insurance benefits, shall be paid to the Superintendent’s spouse or heirs.
Death of the Superintendent. Unless the parties agree otherwise pursuant to paragraph 10.B.(2) above, should the Superintendent separate from employment because of retirement, resignation, permanent disability (which renders the Superintendent incapable of fulfilling her duties under applicable laws and this Contract), termination for cause, termination due to her breach of this Contract, or death, this Contract shall terminate, and all obligations of the Board shall cease except for payment of base salary and benefits through the date of separation. If the termination is because of a judicially determined material breach of this Contract by the Board, the Superintendent shall receive as severance an amount equal to a period of twelve months, or the salary remaining for the term of this Contract if less than one year remains, whichever is the lesser amount, and any benefits to which she may be entitled under this Contract. However, in no event shall the severance for separation be less than an amount equal to six months’ salary. The severance shall be the only amounts owed to the Superintendent, and the Superintendent shall not be entitled to recovery of damages or any other amounts.
Death of the Superintendent. 15.6 The Superintendent is unable to perform any or all ofhis duties by reason of illness, accident, or other cause beyond his control and said disability exists for a period of time more than six (6) consecutive months, or if said disability is permanent, irreparable, or of such a nature as to make the performance ofhis duties impossible, the respective duties, rights, and obligations hereof shall terminate subject only to the long term disability policy and fringe benefits that may apply. For any tennination of this Agreement as set forth above, except as may be modified in a mutual agreement under subparagraph 15.4 or the long-term disability benefits to be provided under subparagraph 15.6, all of the rights, obligations an responsibilities of the Parties shall forthwith terminate and the Superintendent or his estate shall not be entitled to any compensation or other benefits under this Agreement from and after the date of tennination.
