Death of Superintendent. This Agreement is automatically terminated upon the death of the Superintendent.
Death of Superintendent. This contract shall automatically and without further action by Governing Board or Superintendent's estate terminate upon the death of Superintendent.
Death of Superintendent. In the event of the death of the Superintendent, her heirs shall be paid all accumulated earnings including vacation and death benefits.

In the event of the death of the SUPERINTENDENT at any time during the term of this contract, the BOARD shall pay to his surviving spouse, if any, or if the SUPERINTENDENT does not have a surviving spouse, to the SUPERINTENDENT’s estate, an amount equal to the portion of the SUPERINTENDENT’s Salary, together with all incentive pay, deferred compensation and other benefits to which he was entitled through date of his death. All payments shall be made within thirty (30) days of his death, together with such other benefits and payments as are authorized by applicable laws and Board Rules. Thereafter, the BOARD shall have no further responsibilities hereunder, and this contract shall terminate automatically. The provisions hereof shall not be deemed to affect any other benefits which may be available to the SUPERINTENDENT, including, but not limited to, those available under the applicable retirement programs, health insurance, life insurance or otherwise.
Death of Superintendent. All salary and benefits shall cease upon the date of Superintendent’s death, except for any and all death benefits and employee benefits properly payable to survivors of Superintendent.
Death of Superintendent. This Contract shall be terminated upon the death of the Superintendent, at which time, the District shall pay to the Superintendent’s surviving spouse, if no surviving spouse, to his estate, all of the aggregate compensation, salary, and benefits the Superintendent earned, accrued, and/or is entitled to under this Contract through the date of the Superintendent’s death. The District shall also provide the Superintendent’s spouse and eligible dependents with medical benefits as set forth in subparagraph 5(B)(9)(b) of this Contract.
Death of Superintendent. In the event of the death of the Superintendent, to the extent the Superintendent is receiving benefits noted in this section (i.e. if the Superintendent is receiving cash in lieu of health insurance, the Board shall not be obligated to continue health insurance), the Board shall provide continued health, dependent life, vision and dental benefits for six (6) months or until the following July, whichever is later, to the Superintendent’s spouse or dependent children, as applicable, or until MPSERS provides such benefits at no cost to his spouse or dependent children.
Death of Superintendent. In the event of death of the Superintendent during the term of this contract, all the respective duties, rights and obligations contained herein shall terminate.
Death of Superintendent. Other than the Board's obligation under Section 5.C. and Section 7, which shall continue, all obligations of the Board shall cease upon such termination.
