Definition of Phase I Services. “Design Definition Documents” In general, design definition documents may be developed as little or as fully as required to best suit the project (anywhere from 30% to 100% design). Phase I may consist of all Architect-Engineering design work required for the project. Requirements for Phase I Services will be specified in each D/B Task Order. Design definition documents must comply with Federal Aviation Administration Engineering & Design Requirements Document FAA-ATOE-EFPM-EDR001, and as specified in the each Order. The Contractor must incorporate all appropriate provisions of the "Division I - General Requirements" document that is revised and provided by FAA into the project construction specifications. Phase I may include mobilization, construction procurement, and other construction related services that require advanced planning or long lead times in order to meet the overall project schedule.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:
