Degree Stipend. Any employee holding an Associate’s Degree will receive a three hundred dollar ($300) stipend per year. Any employee holding a Bachelor’s Degree will receive a six hundred dollar ($600) stipend per year. It is the intention of this section to allow for the accumulated stipend of nine hundred dollars ($900) for employees having an Associate’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree. Coursework applying towards any degree must be from an accredited institution but need not be pre-approved to receive the degree stipend.
Degree Stipend. One (1) Renton Technical College degree stipend will be paid in July to each qualifying employee who has earned and submits transcripts verification of their degree. A degree stipend of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) will be paid annually if the employee’s highest degree is an associate degree. A degree stipend of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) will be paid annually if the employee’s highest degree is a bachelor’s degree. A degree stipend of three hundred fifty dollars ($350) will be paid annually if the employee’s highest degree is a master’s degree. The degrees must be from an accredited college or university.
Degree Stipend. Employees receiving a degree on or after July 1, 2018 at the culmination of a planned degree program that is eligible for tuition reimbursement under this Article will be eligible for a one-time stipend at the following rates: Associate Degree: $500.00 Bachelor Degree: $1,000.00 Master’s Degree: $1,500.00
Degree Stipend. Unit members in Classifications 1 and 2 will receive an additional stipend of $150 per year for attainment of a job-related Associate’s Degree, and $300 per year for attainment of a job-related Bachelor’s Degree. This shall be paid at the end of the fiscal year as additional salary.

Degree Stipend. Paraeducators covered by this Agreement who hold an Associates Degree will be paid an additional $500. Paraeducators covered by this Agreement who hold a Bachelors Degree will be paid an additional $800. This benefit will apply only to those who have completed an Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree prior to the start of that year. Those who complete a degree during one school year will receive this additional salary starting in the next year.
Degree Stipend. The Board shall provide the Superintendant a degree stipend consistent with the CLAA agreement as follows: MA +20 add $2,000.00 Specialist add $2,500.00 Doctorate add $3,000.00
