Degree Stipend. Any employee holding an Associate Degree will receive a three hundred dollar ($300) stipend per year. Any employee holding a Bachelor’s Degree will receive a six hundred dollar ($600) stipend per year. Coursework applying towards any degree need not be pre-approved to receive the degree stipend.

Degree Stipend. Employees receiving a degree on or after July 1, 2018 at the culmination of a planned degree program that is eligible for tuition reimbursement under this Article will be eligible for a one-time stipend at the following rates: Associate Degree: $500.00 Bachelor Degree: $1,000.00 Master’s Degree: $1,500.00

Degree Stipend. Paraeducators covered by this Agreement who hold an Associates Degree will be paid an additional $500. Paraeducators covered by this Agreement who hold a Bachelors Degree will be paid an additional $800. This benefit will apply only to those who have completed an Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree prior to the start of that year. Those who complete a degree during one school year will receive this additional salary starting in the next year.

  • Longevity Stipend The effective date of Article V (AB) was March 15, 2004. Upon written request by April 15 to the Superintendent by a certificated school employee who has:

  • Stipends Bargaining unit members may qualify for stipends for advanced degrees which are "in-field." Employees who held out-of-field stipends on the date of contract ratification by the BTU for the 1994-95 school year shall be allowed to continue to receive said stipends until they leave the employment of the District.

  • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other relevant factors in making renewal decisions.

  • Performance Excused 11.5.1 The Affected Party, to the extent rendered unable to perform its obligations or part of the obligation thereof under the PPA as a consequence of the Force Majeure Event, shall be excused from performance of the obligations, provided that the period shall not exceed 180 (one hundred and eighty) Days from the date of issuance of the FM Notice. The Parties may mutually agree to extend the period for which performance is excused due to a Force Majeure Event.
