Deliverables/Outcomes. 2.5.1 The Contractor shall continually monitor quality via a high frequency of face to face meetings with The Authorities management team and contract staff workers.
2.5.2 The Contractor shall review the supplied staff’s outputs every quarter and report back to The Authorities management team (SIO) via email. If performance is assessed to not be of an adequate standard the Contractors account manager shall invokeone of a series of interventions from words of advice through to the engagement of formal trainers to up skill or refresh on certain skills, or in the unlikely event of serious underperformance, a managed exit and replacement,
Deliverables/Outcomes a. Host quarterly information sessions for businesses and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ throughout the COUNTY. Sessions shall be in alignment with The Network and the State/OCWIB Strategic Plan Goals;
b. Develop an outreach plan that shows how you will engage businesses. A comprehensive catalog of outreach materials detailing information on the above services to businesses shall be included. CONTRACTOR shall provide all outreach materials to the OCWIB administrative office by August 31, 2015; and
c. CONTRACTOR shall provide all Business Services Policies and Procedures, in original Microsoft Word file format, to the OCWIB administrative office by September 30, 2015.
d. Achieve all performance metrics as outlined in Attachment D.
