Outreach Plan. The Design-Builder shall keep the Department informed of the construction activities and their potential impact on the community and shall develop a community outreach plan (the “Outreach Plan”). The Design-Builder shall submit the Outreach Plan to the Department prior to its implementation which shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval.
Outreach Plan. Contractor shall provide a plan that includes a local, grassroots approach to reaching the least likely to respond with specific strategies, tactics and timeline(s), as well as description of specific collaboration(s), partnership(s), and leveraging of resources to achieve the highest self-response rate on the census 2020 questionnaire. Outreach Plan. The Division will ensure that parents/guardians and other stakeholders are informed about the Plan, including Division processes for resolution consistent with the requirements of IEP and Section 504 processes, regarding disputes arising from compensatory education determinations and utilizing the Division’s existing points of contact for addressing parent/guardians questions and concerns.
1. Within five (5) calendar days of OCR’s approval of the Plan, the Division will announce in a public statement to all parents and guardians – including all parents and guardians of students with disabilities enrolled in the Division during the Pandemic Period – that the Division has created a plan to determine whether compensatory education is owed to students with disabilities due to the Pandemic Period and that the Division will actively work with parents and guardians of students with disabilities to make the determinations discussed in the Plan.
2. The existing Division points of contact for addressing parents/guardians inquiries and concerns include but are not limited to the following:
a. FCPS Office of Special Education Procedural Support
b. FCPS Parent Resource Center c. FCPS Office of the Family and Student Ombudsman

Outreach Plan. The Program Consultant will develop and implement an Outreach Plan, which will be designed to provide updated information to the general public. Components of the Outreach Plan will include: Creation, development, implementation and update of a MAPS 3 Web Site, which will be accessed through The City of Oklahoma City’s web site; Creation, development and update of a Fact Sheet in digital format which can also be produced in hard copy; Creation, development and update of electronic/digital media news formats for Facebook and Twitter and other formats which may serve to inform the general public, The Program Consultant will also develop and implement a plan for program enhancement and branding which will include developing public relations, strategies, ideas and initiatives as well as a MAPS 3 brand which will unify the graphic presentation, treatment and guidelines used in all MAPS 3 communications, signage, print and digital presentations. The Program Consultant will also develop two or three key messages to provide direction and definition of the MAPS 3 brand.

Outreach Plan a) At the start of each interview cycle, UW-Milwaukee will contact each 14(c) employer to outline the process and timeline for reaching out to 14(c) employees.
b) DVR will collaborate with UW-Milwaukee on developing communication used with each 14(c) employee and their family or guardian explaining the purpose and process DVR has been directed to complete per the WIOA federal regulations.
c) UW-Milwaukee will share communications with the 14(c) employer to share with 14(c) employees.
d) UW-Milwaukee staff will be available by phone or email to explain the purpose, the process and timeline of services to 14(c) employees, guardians and 14(c) employers.
e) UW-Milwaukee will collaborate with the 14(c) employer, DVR, the 14(c) employee and their respective family/guardian, and the long-term care funder if requested to make good-faith efforts to schedule interviews.
