Design and Equipment Procurement. If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the applicable facilities for which it is responsible and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless Interconnection Customer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing: 5.5.1 NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner have completed the Class Year Study or Cluster Study; 5.5.2 The NYISO has completed the required cost allocation analyses, and Interconnection Customer has accepted its Project Cost Allocation for, as applicable, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, and System Deliverability Upgrades required for the Facility in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S or HH of the ISO OATT; 5.5.3 The Connecting Transmission Owner has received written authorization to proceed with design and procurement from Interconnection Customer by the date specified in Appendix B hereto; and 5.5.4 Interconnection Customer has provided security to the Connecting Transmission Owner for the design and procurement of the applicable facilities in accordance with Article 11.5 by the date(s) specified in Appendix B hereto.

Design and Equipment Procurement. If responsibility for construction of the Upgrades is to be borne by the System Owner, then the System Owner shall commence the design and procurement of the Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Interconnection Customer and System Owner otherwise agree in writing: 3.3.1 NYISO has completed, as applicable, the Class Year Study, Class Year Deliverability Study, Cluster Study, Cluster Study Deliverability Study, or Affected System Study; 3.3.2 The NYISO has completed the required cost allocation analyses, and Interconnection Customer has accepted its Project Cost Allocation for the Upgrades required for the Facility in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S or HH of the ISO OATT. 3.3.3 System Owner has received written authorization to proceed with design and procurement of the Upgrades from the Interconnection Customer by the date specified in Appendix A hereto; and
Design and Equipment Procurement. Grant PUD shall commence scheduling design of Xxxxx XXX's Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after the following conditions are satisfied: 5.3.1 Grant PUD has completed the applicable Interconnection Facilities Study; 5.3.2 Xxxxx XXX has received written authorization to proceed with design and procurement from Customer; 5.3.3 Customer has proven Site Control to Grant PUD; 5.3.4 Customer has provided security to Grant PUD in accordance with Section 11.5; and 5.3.5 Customer has provided a certificate of insurance to Grant PUD in accordance with Section 18.3.

Design and Equipment Procurement. Project plans and traffic signal designs shall be prepared by the Municipality, including electrical and programming details, (if applicable) metal poles with mast arm shop drawings, foundation designs, utility make-ready plans, communications cable routing plans, traffic signal coordination timing plans and Project Special Provisions (including, but not limited to: providing Synchro/Tru- Traffic files and programming data sheets; coordination timing plans, graphics package, downloading coordination timing plans onto system cabinets and/or onto central computer). All work shall be performed in accordance with Departmental standards and specifications. Said plans and design shall be submitted to the Department for review and approval prior to any work being performed by the Municipality. All work shall be done at no expense to the Department.

Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Equipment and Tools 40.01 The Employer will make available all necessary tools and equipment it requires for the performance of work assignments at no cost to the employees. Such tools and equipment will remain the property of the Employer and the employees will be required to take reasonable care of this property and may be required to sign out certain equipment and tools.
