Design Approvals. 3.2.1. The U.S. Technical Agent shall carry out the State of Design functions applicable to the United States under Annex 8 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation done at Chicago on 7 December 1944 ("the Chicago Convention") for regulated entities over which it has jurisdiction.
3.2.2. The EC Technical Agent shall carry out on behalf of the EU Member States the State of Design functions applicable to them under Annex 8 of the Chicago Convention for regulated entities over which it has jurisdiction.
Design Approvals. The sign shall be consistent from a design standpoint with City standards, and the final location and design shall be reviewed and approved in writing by the City Architect prior to its construction and installation. The City Architect shall not unreasonably withhold such review and/or approval.

Design Approvals. The DESIGN/BUILDER shall timely submit to the Engineer, for review and approval, schematic design documents including, but not limited to, site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and outline specifications which are based on and comply with the Design Criteria and the Proposal Documents. The DESIGN/BUILDER shall timely submit to the Engineer, for review and approval, design development documents including, but not limited to, site plans, floor plans, elevations, enlarged floor plans, miscellaneous details and updated outline specifications which are based on and comply with the Design Criteria, the Proposal documents and the Engineer-approved schematic design documents. The DESIGN/BUILDER shall timely submit to the Engineer, for review and approval, final Plans and Specifications which shall be based on compliance with the Design Criteria, the Proposal Documents and the Engineer-approved design development documents.
Design Approvals. If Buyer desires to obtain design approval of Xxxxx’s proposed project, or elements thereof, prior to either Closing, Seller agrees to cause the Declarant SMRH:4867-2220-9151.17 -16- under the Master Association or the Master Developer under the Development Agreement, as applicable, to review and respond to Buyer’s submission and respond to such submission within ten (10) Business Days of its receipt thereof. If Buyer does not then have all the information or detail to make a complete submission to Declarant under the Master Declaration or to Master Developer under the Development Agreement, then Buyer may still seek preliminary design approval under either or both documents and such entity shall respond to such submission within such ten (10) Business Day period, though the Declarant and/or Master Developer may, in its reasonable discretion, condition its preliminary approval on the information received based on its receipt of the remaining materials or detail.
Design Approvals. If an applicable Service Order includes both design and print services, 3DPX shall submit artist renderings for your approval prior to printing. You shall have a period of seven (7) days to review applicable artist renderings. You shall be deemed to have accepted such artist renderings if you have not provided written notice of any requested modifications within such 7-day period. 3DPX shall have no liability for any printing based upon any accepted artist renderings. If you accept and require 3DPX to provide design services, 3DPX shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the resulting Product in accordance your applicable Specifications. You are solely responsible for the Specifications, and the manufacture of certain parts in accordance with those Specifications may be impossible or otherwise commercially impracticable.
Design Approvals. The Developer shall provide the design and field construction layout, subject to approval by the City.
Design Approvals. 2.1. The CAAS regulations require CAAS to issue their own design approvals for both domestic and import civil aeronautical products. However, under the provisions of the CAAS/FAA IPA, certain FAA design approvals are automatically accepted without the need for issuance of an equivalent CAAS approval. Other design approvals require technical validation appropriate to the product design being imported and subsequent issuance of an equivalent CAAS design approval.
