Determination of Salary. The salary paid to teachers shall be a percentage of the salary for the appropriate column and step based upon the proportionate part of the 8-hour day and 190 day duty year worked.

Determination of Salary. Resident and Fellow salary is based on post-graduate year (PGY) in the program. PGY is determined by the training required to enter that program and the year of training in that program.
