Personal salary element. 1. A personal salary element may be paid to the employee based on the employee’s personal competencies, work outcomes and ability to collab- orate. The grounds for the personal salary element shall be fair and en- couraging, and the employee must be able to affect the factor on which the personal salary element is based through their individual work performance. Application instruction: Factors on which the personal salary element is based may in- clude features such as the quality of work, diligence, work per- formance and effectiveness, innovation, initiative, collaboration and interaction skills, ability and willingness to develop, and flexibility. 2. The principles for the use of the personal salary element will be negotiat- ed each year with the shop xxxxxxx, and its grounds are explained to the personnel according to the normal personnel practices. The negotiations shall also examine the implementation of the personal salary element. The employer will decide on the payment of the personal salary element. No upper or lower limit has been determined for it. 3. The personal salary element will be granted until further notice or for a fixed term, but for no more than the period during which the employee carries out the same duties. When the difficulty of the duties changes, the salary element will be reassessed. Otherwise, the personal salary ele- ment granted until further notice will continue to be paid if the grounds for granting have not changed.

Personal salary element. In addition to the salary based on job requirements, the employee is paid a personal salary element the amount of which is determined within four months after starting the employment. If the employee works repeatedly for the same employer, the said salary element is determined as soon as possible, but at the latest when employments of at least one month amount to an employment relationship of four months. If the personal salary element has already been determined for the employee during his or her previous employments under the same employer, it will be paid from the start of the new employment. The amount of the personal salary element shall be at least equal to the one paid during previous employment. In applying the personal salary element, the enhancement of the company’s competitiveness, as well as maintaining a motivating job requirement system, shall be taken into account. The personal salary element shall be at least 3 % of the employee’s salary in his or her job requirement group. If the personal salary element is not determined in accordance with the collective agreement, it is at least 4 %. The amount of the personal salary element is determined by the employer, but it shall be based on annual performance appraisals between the employer and each employee. Based on the performance appraisals, the employee can develop his or her proficiencies in accordance with the goals set, and thus enhance his or her personal salary element. The performance appraisals should be open, and during the appraisals, the employee’s current situation in terms of proficiency, education and his or her adaptation to the work community shall be covered.

  • Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.

  • Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.

  • Employee Compensation The wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees who will be employed for the benefit of the Project, and to others who perform special services for the benefit of the Project, to the extent not otherwise paid through a Cash Management System, shall be paid by Owner from a Project Account pursuant to this Section 9.2. (a) All wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees of the Project, including, but not be limited to, unemployment insurance, social security, worker's compensation, employee benefit packages and other charges imposed by a governmental authority or provided for in a union agreement, shall (a) as to employees of Manager or any Subcontractor, be reimbursed by Owner to Manager (or directly to the applicable Subcontractor, if requested by Manager) without profit or mark-up, and (b) as to employees of Owner, be paid directly by Owner. Xxnager shall coordinate all disbursements and deposits for all compensation and other amounts payable with respect to persons employed in connection with the operation of the Project from an appropriate Project Account. Manager shall maintain complete payroll records for all employees. (b) In addition to the employment of employees set forth on Schedule 3, Manager may, in its discretion, from time to time employ personnel of its general operations to perform direct special services for the benefit of the Project; provided, however, that Manager shall obtain the prior approval of Owner for the employment of such special personnel, except in emergency situations or when timing requirements do not allow for such prior approval. Owner shall reimburse Manager for such direct services rendered by special personnel in an amount commensurate with normal and customary charges for such services by similarly qualified persons. Persons whose compensation may not be charged to Owner for services rendered to the Project includes the general asset management personnel of Manager who are not on-site of the Project.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.

  • Term and Maximum Compensation 1.4.1. The term of this CONTRACT is for three (3) years, commencing upon Board of Supervisor approval, with a maximum allowable compensation of one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, with Board approval; except as permitted in Paragraph 1.5 below.

  • Salary Benefits and Bonus Compensation 3.1 BASE SALARY. Effective July 1, 2000, as payment for the services to be rendered by the Employee as provided in Section 1 and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2, the Employer agrees to pay to the Employee a "Base Salary" at the rate of $180,000 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. The Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee of Avocent Corporation.

  • CONSULTANT’S COMPENSATION Consultant’s Compensation means the fees and expenses incurred directly in connection with the performance or furnishing of Basic and Additional Services for which the Owner shall pay the Consultant as indicated in Exhibit A.

Funds provided under this Contract may be used to pay the premium portion of overtime only under the following conditions: i. With the prior written approval of System Agency; ii. Temporarily, in the case of an emergency or an occasional operational bottleneck; iii. When employees are performing indirect functions, such as administration, maintenance, or accounting; iv. In performance of tests, laboratory procedures, or similar operations that are continuous in nature and cannot reasonably be interrupted or otherwise completed; or v. When lower overall cost to System Agency will result.
