Contractor shall add staffing when it is warranted by Individual acuity. Contractor’s direct care staff are responsible for delivering the Services described in this Contract, the Individual’s Service Plan and Behavior Plan.

If contractor is unable to meet staffing requirements as a result of extenuating circumstances, the contractor will notify the Contract Administrator.
