Evening Shifts. Full-time employees shall not work more than two (2) shifts per calendar week after 6:00 p.m. when the store is open for evening shopping, unless they voluntarily agree to do so.
Evening Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 2008, a shift bonus of 67¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 3:00 p.m. and 12 midnight, with the exception that no shift bonus is payable for any part of a normal day shift.

An employee in his/her probationary period in a promoted position may be removed from the promoted position without cause pursuant to Article 14.3.

Employees shall be entitled to a paid meal period of one-half hour's duration scheduled as close to the mid-point of the work day as possible. The Employer will make every effort to arrange meal periods at times convenient to the employees.
