Common use of Disability Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Disability Leave of Absence. A. A unit employee incurring any disability not duty connected, after he has exhausted all of his paid leave to which he is entitled, will be entitled to a leave without pay for a period not to exceed six (6) months, subject to the following provisions.
