Disciplinary Grievances of Newly Hired Employees. Newly hired employees who are disciplined or discharged during their initial probationary period shall have the right to appeal such discipline or discharge through the grievance procedure, but shall not have the ability to arbitrate such grievances.

Disciplinary Grievances of Newly Hired Employees. Newly hired employee’s who are disciplined or discharged during their initial six (6) month probationary period shall be exempt from the grievance procedure as set forth in this agreement, but shall have the right to appeal the decision to the Village Board.

  • Employee Grievances 3.2(a) Grievances on behalf of employees shall be handled as follows:

If the issue is not resolved at this step, the Job Classification Review Procedure of Article 22.02(B) above shall be utilized.
