Dispatch Supervisor Promotions. The initial screening and selection of dispatch supervisors will be based on an evaluation process provided by an objective 3rd party. The union and city will provide the professional with a list of potential duties and skills in which to base the evaluation. The purpose of the initial selection process is to identify and develop qualifications for the future promotional protocols. There will be a 50/50 responsibility for promotional course time. Qualifications will be determined by mutual agreement. Future opportunities for promotion will be based on seniority subject to qualifications

  • Criteria for Promotion 24.04.01 For evaluating each application for promotion, the following general criteria shall apply:

  • Application for Promotion Employees who have successfully completed their initial probationary period may make application for any Job Posting provided they meet the minimum, stated qualifications for the involved position; provided, however, that employees who have failed a promotional probationary period in a classification shall not be permitted to take an examination for promotion to that classification within twelve (12) months of the date of such failure.

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

  • Special Promotions (a) We may offer Special Promotions to you, on particular terms.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period.   • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Promotions The anniversary date of a promoted employee is determined as for a new employee in Subsection 5.3.A above.

  • Construction Change Directives 7.3.1 A Construction Change Directive is written order prepared by the Architect and signed by the Owner and Architect, directing a change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum, or Contract Time, or both. The Owner may by Construction Change Directive, without invalidating the Contract, order changes in the Work within the general scope of the Contract consisting of additions, deletions or other revisions, the Contract Sum and Contract Time being adjusting accordingly.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.
