DISRUPTIVE STUDENT BEHAVIOR. The Board, Administration, and Association believe that educators need to be able to teach without disruptions from disorderly students and are in full support of teachers, principals, and school staff in their duties to operate safe, orderly schools and classrooms under reasonable rules governing school conduct. Appropriate disciplinary measures should be assessed to students when students make false allegations against an employee that have an affect or impact on the teacher’s employment. Faculty members who impose a one-day suspension shall promptly report the incident to the academic Associate Xxxx.
