DISRUPTIVE STUDENT BEHAVIOR. The Board, Administration, and Association believe that educators need to be able to teach without disruptions from disorderly students and are in full support of teachers, principals, and school staff in their duties to operate safe, orderly schools and classrooms under reasonable rules governing school conduct. Appropriate disciplinary measures should be assessed to students when students make false allegations against an employee that have an affect or impact on the teacher’s employment. Refer to Administrative Memo #106.

DISRUPTIVE STUDENT BEHAVIOR. A. The district shall expel or take immediate disciplinary action against any student who is found to have committed an offense on school property at any time if: 1. the student is found to have committed or has had adjudication withheld for a delinquent act which would be a felony if committed by an adult or 2. the student has been found guilty of a felony. The district shall expel or assign to an alternative school any student found to have intentionally made false accusations that jeopardize the professional reputation, employment or professional certification of a teacher. B. An employee may send a student to the principal’s office to maintain discipline in the classroom. The district referral form shall reflect recommended action from the employee to the principal. The principal shall consider the recommendation for discipline made by the employee when making a decision regarding the student referral for discipline. The principal shall be required to respond by employing appropriate discipline consistent with the student code of conduct under Florida Statute 1001.42. C. A teacher may remove from class a student: 1. who has been documented by the teacher to repeatedly interfere with the teacher’s ability to communicate effectively with the students in the class or if the unruly student hinders the ability of the remainder of the class to learn.

DISRUPTIVE STUDENT BEHAVIOR. A Faculty member may require that a student exit the classroom, laboratory, or other area used for instruction for the remainder of the class period when a student engaged in persistent misconduct which unduly disrupts instruction. Faculty members who impose a one-day suspension shall promptly report the incident to the academic Associate Xxxx.

In this Agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school district. 2.   • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Activity A Connected Account may perform Activity, or you may perform Activity on behalf of a Connected Account, depending on how you integrate the Stripe API into your Platform Services. You are responsible for all Activity initiated by you, your representatives, and any individual or entity using your credentials, including your Stripe Account login and password and your Stripe API key. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, where either Stripe or a Connected Account incurs any losses, damages or costs based on unauthorised Activity initiated by you or on your behalf, as between Stripe and you, you are liable for those losses, damages or costs.

  • High Risk Activities 1. The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Business Continuity Registry Operator shall maintain a business continuity plan, which will provide for the maintenance of Registry Services in the event of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator or business failure of Registry Operator, and may include the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider. If such plan includes the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider, Registry Operator shall provide the name and contact information for such Registry Services continuity provider to ICANN. In the case of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator where the Registry Operator cannot be contacted, Registry Operator consents that ICANN may contact the designated Registry Services continuity provider, if one exists. Registry Operator shall conduct Registry Services Continuity testing at least once per year.
