Distributor Benefits. Once the Distributor Application and Agreement has been accepted by Xxxxx, the Distributor is eligible to participate in the Kyäni Global Compensation Plan. As permitted by local law and Company policy for your location, these benefits include the right to:
i. Purchase Kyäni products at the Distributor price;
ii. Be paid the applicable commissions and bonuses as set forth in the Kyäni Global Compensation Plan;
iii. Participate in any promotions, incentive programs or other contests as announced by Xxxxx from time to time;
iv. Enroll or sponsor other individuals as Customers or Distributors into the Kyäni business;
v. Receive periodic Kyäni literature and other Kyäni communications;
vi. Participate in Kyäni-sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions, upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable.
Distributor Benefits. Once your Distributor Application has been accepted by the company, the benefits of the Distributor Agreement will be available to you as long as your Distributorship is in good standing. These benefits include the right to:

Distributor Benefits. Once a Distributor Agreement has been accepted by Wealth Training the benefits of the Compensation Plan and the Distributor Agreement are available to the new distributor. The Distributor is authorized, but not obliged, to purchase and re‐sell the products of the company subject to the terms of the Agreement. Distributor benefits, upon qualification, include the right to: • Purchase Wealth Training products and services at the wholesale price; • Retail Wealth Training products or resell services as explained in the Compensation Plan; described on the Wealth Training website and profit from these sales; • Participate in the Wealth Training Compensation Plan (receive bonus discounts and/or retail profit, if eligible; • Sponsor/enroll other individuals as retail customers or distributors into the Wealth Training business and thereby build a Marketing Organization and progress in accordance with the Wealth Training’s Compensation Plan; • Receive periodic Wealth Training communications; • Participate in Wealth Training ‐sponsored support service training, motivational and recognition functions, upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable; and • Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by Wealth Training for its distributors.

These benefits include the right to: Sell LIMMITLESS products; Participate in the LIMMITLESS Compensation Plan (receive bonuses and commissions, if eligible); Sponsor other individuals as Preferred Customers or Distributors into the LIMMITLESS business and thereby, build a Marketing Organization and progress through the LIMMITLESS Compensation Plan; Receive periodic LIMMITLESS literature and other LIMMITLESS communications; Participate in LIMMITLESS-sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions, upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable; and Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by LIMMITLESS for its Distributors.
Distributor Benefits. After an Independent Distributor Application and Agreement has successfully been completed and accepted by Zapple, all the benefits from the Zapple program, including the product offering, marketing materials, and Compensation Plan are available to the Distributor. These benefits include:
a. The ability to purchase Zapple and products at wholesale price; The ability to retail Zapple with the intention of earning a retail profit from the sale thereof; The ability to hold house parties, larger parties, or promote larger shows under the Zapple name as an Independent Distributor; The ability to participate in the Zapple Compensation Plan (receive bonuses and commissions, if eligible); The ability to sponsor other Independent Distributors; The ability to receive Zapple training and communication; The ability to participate in Zapple sponsored events, services, trainings, motivational functions, and recognition programs; The ability to participate in any promotional or incentive contests and programs sponsored by Zapple for its Distributors.
