Unit members may apply for District credit for courses not on the approved list by submitting the Request for Approval of Professional Advancement and provide a complete description of the course work and schedule with the request. e. Completion of the course must be verified by the District’s Certificate of Completion form issued by the instructor/lead. f. University credit is not an option when District credit is given. g. Unit members may not earn more than fifteen (15) semester units of District credit for advancement on the salary schedule.

The unit member must receive approval from the Assistant Superintendent, Human Services or designee prior to beginning the course. d. Completion of the course must be verified by the District’s Certificate of Completion form issued by the instructor/lead. e. University credit is not an option when District credit is given. f. Unit members may not earn more than fifteen (15) semester units of District credit for advancement on the salary schedule.

  • Administrative Civil Liability The Discharger hereby agrees to the imposition of an administrative civil liability of $120,000 to resolve the alleged violations set forth in Section II as follows: a. No later than 30 days after the Regional Water Board or its delegate signs this Stipulated Order, the Discharger shall mail a check for $60,000 made payable to “State Water Pollution Cleanup and Abatement Account,” referencing the Order number on page one of this Stipulated Order, to: State Water Resources Control Board Accounting Office Attn: ACL Payment P.O. Box 1888 Sacramento, CA 95812-1888 The Discharger shall email a copy of the check to the State Water Board, Office of Enforcement (xxxx.xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx), and the Regional Water Board (xxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx). b. The Parties agree that the remaining $60,000 of the administrative liability shall be paid to the Regional Monitoring Program, care of the San Francisco Estuary Institute (SFEI), for implementation of a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) named “Temporal Variability in Sediment Delivery to a San Francisco Bay Salt Xxxxx,” as follows: i) $60,000 (SEP Amount) shall be paid in the manner described in Section III, paragraph 1.b.ii, solely for use toward the SEP Fund for the “Temporal Variability in Sediment Delivery to a San Francisco Bay Salt Xxxxx” project, as set forth in Attachment B, which is incorporated herein by reference. Funding this project will enable the investigation of the influence of tides, waves, and water levels on sediment delivery and deposition on a tidal xxxxx surface in San Francisco Bay. A full description of this project is provided in Attachment B. ii) No later than 30 days after the Regional Water Board or its delegate signs this Stipulated Order, the Discharger shall mail a check for $60,000, made payable to “Regional Monitoring Program” and referencing the Order number on page one of this Stipulated Order, to: Regional Monitoring Program c/o San Francisco Estuary Institute P.O.   • Career Advancement In order to attain Professional Teacher Status, the Educator should achieve ratings of proficient or exemplary on each Performance Standard and overall. A principal considering making an employment decision that would lead to PTS for any Educator who has not been rated proficient or exemplary on each performance standard and overall on the most recent evaluation shall confer with the superintendent by May 1. The principal’s decision is subject to review and approval by the superintendent.

  • Step Advancement Each faculty member will be granted one (1) increment on the salary schedule each year up to the maximum allowed. To qualify for advancement one (1) step on the salary schedule, employees must have been employed in a paid status or on any form of medical leave (FMLA, CFRA, etc.), or on military leave seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the school days in a school year.

  • OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.

  • Professional Fees Borrower promises to pay Lender’s fees and expenses necessary to finalize the loan documentation, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, UCC searches, filing costs, and other miscellaneous expenses. In addition, Borrower promises to pay any and all reasonable attorneys’ and other professionals’ fees and expenses (including fees and expenses of in-house counsel) incurred by Lender after the Closing Date in connection with or related to: (a) the Loan; (b) the administration, collection, or enforcement of the Loan; (c) the amendment or modification of the Loan Documents; (d) any waiver, consent, release, or termination under the Loan Documents; (e) the protection, preservation, sale, lease, liquidation, or disposition of Collateral or the exercise of remedies with respect to the Collateral; (f) any legal, litigation, administrative, arbitration, or out of court proceeding in connection with or related to Borrower or the Collateral, and any appeal or review thereof; and (g) any bankruptcy, restructuring, reorganization, assignment for the benefit of creditors, workout, foreclosure, or other action related to Borrower, the Collateral, the Loan Documents, including representing Lender in any adversary proceeding or contested matter commenced or continued by or on behalf of Borrower’s estate, and any appeal or review thereof.

  • Advancement of Funds In the case of each Mortgage Loan, neither the Mortgage Loan Seller nor, to the Mortgage Loan Seller's knowledge, any prior holder of such Mortgage Loan has advanced funds or induced, solicited or knowingly received any advance of funds from a party other than the owner of the related Mortgaged Property (other than amounts paid by the tenant as specifically provided under a related lease), for the payment of any amount required by such Mortgage Loan, except for interest accruing from the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan or the date of disbursement of the Mortgage Loan proceeds, whichever is later, to the date which preceded by 30 days the first due date under the related Mortgage Note.

  • Independent Credit Decision The Assignee (a) acknowledges that it has received a copy of the Credit Agreement and the Schedules and Exhibits thereto, together with copies of the most recent financial statements of the Borrower, and such other documents and information as it has deemed appropriate to make its own credit and legal analysis and decision to enter into this Assignment and Acceptance; and (b) agrees that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Assignor, the Agent or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit and legal decisions in taking or not taking action under the Credit Agreement.

  • Unreimbursed medical expenses If you take payments to pay for unreimbursed medical expenses that exceed a specified percentage of your adjusted gross income, you will not be subject to the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax. For further detailed information and effective dates you may obtain IRS Publication 590-B, Distributions from Individual Retirement Arrangements (IRAs), from the IRS. The medical expenses may be for you, your spouse, or any dependent listed on your tax return.

  • Trustee’s Good Faith Action, Expert Advice, No Bond or Surety The exercise by the Trustees of their powers hereunder shall be binding upon everyone interested in or dealing with the Trust. A Trustee shall be liable to the Trust and to any Shareholder solely for his or her own willful misfeasance, bad faith, gross negligence or reckless disregard of the duties involved in the conduct of the office of Trustee, and shall not be liable for errors of judgment or mistakes of fact or law. The Trustees may take advice of counsel or other experts with respect to the meaning and operation of this Declaration of Trust, and shall be under no liability for any act or omission in accordance with such advice nor for failing to follow such advice. The Trustees shall not be required to give any bond as such, nor any surety if a bond is required.

  • Independent Credit Decisions Each Lender acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement. Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall from time to time deem appropriate, continue to make its own decisions in taking or not taking action under or based upon this Agreement, any other Loan Document or related agreement or any document furnished hereunder or thereunder.
