District Owned Equipment. The Business Administrator shall have the right to use such district owned office and personnel communication equipment, such as a district owned laptop computer, as may be necessary for the Business Administrator to perform the Business Administrator's functions. The Board acknowledges that such equipment may be used personally by the Business Administrator but with no expense to the Board. Any expense incurred by the Board for personal use by the Business Administrator shall be reimbursed to the Board by the Business Administrator. The Business Administrator also acknowledges that any use by the Business Administrator shall not be for illegal purposes.

District Owned Equipment. Desktop computers, laptops, portable devices, and other equipment belonging to the District are your responsibility. Any misuse, failure, damage or loss involving such equipment must be reported to the building principal. Periodic maintenance on laptops and other hardware is required. It is your responsibility to make such equipment timely available for maintenance at the request of the Technology Department. You may be held financially responsible for the expense of any equipment repair or replacement.

District Owned Equipment. Equipment including but not limited to software, hardware, electronic devices, tablets, laptops, computers, computer accessories, records, materials, furniture and/or other office equipment owned by the District, which the District allows the employee to use at District and/or Alternate Worksite to conduct work for the District.
