DISTRICT WORK. When the District office requests District level work, the District will attempt to convey the full nature of the team’s charge, the nature of the results expected, tentative timeline, and who is responsible for team’s leadership. Where categorical funds are available, participants may be compensated at $30 per hour for administratively required work outside of the normal contract hours. Completed time sheets shall be submitted to the building secretary or designee. The building secretary or designee will apply a date notation at the time of receipt. Time sheets will be submitted not later than the 10th day of the month following the month in which the work was completed. Late submission will result in a 50% reduction. If desired, a participant may request the team leader to write a letter of participation for their personnel file.

The agreement will outline the disbursement/reimbursement of course costs. The District will notify the Association of the need for an agreement.

DISTRICT WORK. After obtaining the right to possession of Property B and use of the New Easement, as provided in Paragraph 12, herein below, District will commence construction of the Hind Tank Replacement Project including the additional items set forth herein. District shall diligently pursue construction of the Project, which District will endeavor to complete within two years. The location(s) of construction staging connected with the construction on Property B shall be determined by mutual agreement of the parties. The following are said additional items to be completed as part of District’s work: A. Upon completion of the new water tanks on Property B and connection of same to the District water system, District agrees to demolish the Existing Facilities on Property A to bare earth with all materials, waste, and debris resulting from the demolition to be completely removed from and hauled off of Property A and Xxxxxxxx’ Property. The existing water lines will be abandoned in place. Any and all trenches and excavations resulting from said demolition shall be filled with compatible compacted soil. The site (Hind Tank Lot) shall be left clean and level with the surrounding grade. B. As part of and in connection with the Project, District agrees to install new hydrants on Xxxxxxxx’ Property, Property B, or within the District’s New Easement along the driveway as may be required by the San Xxxxxx Fire Department for completion of the Project. C. The parties understand and agree that there is an existing water service line currently serving existing residences on Xxxxxxxx’ Property. District agrees to install for use by Xxxxxxxx, its successors and assigns, two new one-inch water services, and to relocate the existing one-inch service (SV-00851) to be connected to the new water pipeline to be installed within the New Easement for a total of three meters and service lines for the purpose of connecting existing residences on Xxxxxxxx’ Property. District will install new service lines from the newly installed water main line to new meter boxes located within District's New Easement along Xxxxxxxx’ driveway. DISTRICT WORK. District reserves the right to perform work related to the Project with District’s own forces, and to award contracts in connection with the Project which are not part of Construction Manager’s responsibilities under the Agreement. Construction Manager shall notify District if any such independent action will in any way compromise Construction Manager’s ability to meet Construction Manager’s responsibilities under the Agreement.

  • District Approval The work completed herein must meet the approval of the District and shall be subject to the District’s general right of inspection and supervision to secure the satisfactory completion thereof.

  • District Responsibilities With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to authorization of the employee, whether for membership dues or equivalent fees, the District agrees promptly to remit such monies to the Association together with an alphabetical list of unit members for who such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.

  • District The public agency or the school district for which the Work is performed. The governing board of the District or its designees will act for the District in all matters pertaining to the Contract. The District may, at any time: 1.1.23.1 Direct Developer to communicate with or provide notice to the Construction Manager or the Architect on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate Developer will communicate with or provide notice to the District; and/or 1.1.23.2 Direct the Construction Manager or the Architect to communicate with or direct Developer on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate the District will communicate with or direct Developer.

  • District Contribution Effective January 1, 2019:

  • DISTRICT RIGHTS 3 It is understood and agreed that the District retains all of its powers and authority 4 to direct, manage and control to the full extent of the law. Included in, but not limited to, 5 those duties and powers of the District are the right to:

  • Authority of Contractor The Contractor shall have no right or authority, express or implied, to commit or otherwise obligate the Company in any manner whatsoever except to the extent specifically provided herein or specifically authorized in writing by the Company.

  • Use of District Facilities 1 The Association shall have the right to use District facilities for Association meetings provided advance approval is granted by the District according to the District Building Use Guidelines.

  • State Responsibilities 5.1. In connection with Vendor's provision of the Services, Delaware shall perform those tasks and fulfill those responsibilities specified in the appropriate Appendices. 5.2. Delaware agrees that its officers and employees will cooperate with Vendor in the performance of services under this Agreement and will be available for consultation with Vendor at such reasonable times with advance notice as to not conflict with their other responsibilities. 5.3. The services performed by Vendor under this Agreement shall be subject to review for compliance with the terms of this Agreement by Delaware’s designated representatives. Delaware representatives may delegate any or all responsibilities under the Agreement to appropriate staff members, and shall so inform Vendor by written notice before the effective date of each such delegation. 5.4. The review comments of Delaware’s designated representatives may be reported in writing as needed to Vendor. It is understood that Delaware’s representatives’ review comments do not relieve Vendor from the responsibility for the professional and technical accuracy of all work delivered under this Agreement. 5.5. Delaware shall, without charge, furnish to or make available for examination or use by Vendor as it may request, any data which Delaware has available, including as examples only and not as a limitation: a. Copies of reports, surveys, records, and other pertinent documents; b. Copies of previously prepared reports, job specifications, surveys, records, ordinances, codes, regulations, other documents, and information related to the services specified by this Agreement. Vendor shall return any original data provided by Delaware. 5.6. Delaware shall assist Vendor in obtaining data on documents from public officers or agencies and from private citizens and business firms whenever such material is necessary for the completion of the services specified by this Agreement. 5.7. Vendor will not be responsible for accuracy of information or data supplied by Delaware or other sources to the extent such information or data would be relied upon by a reasonably prudent contractor. 5.8. Delaware agrees not to use Vendor’s name, either express or implied, in any of its advertising or sales materials. Vendor reserves the right to reuse the nonproprietary data and the analysis of industry-related information in its continuing analysis of the industries covered.

  • Territories The Agreement territory is limited to the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, only. It does not include Canada or U.S. Territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
