District Premium Coverage. Effective January 1, 2008, the District shall have a maximum contribution of $10,500.00 towards unit member’s health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), as set forth below. Premium costs above this cap shall be the responsibility of the unit member. Each worker’s contribution, if any, shall be deducted from the worker’s regular paycheck. If the parties determine that equivalent coverage is available at lower cost from other carriers, a change of carriers may occur during the term of the contract by mutual agreement.

District Premium Coverage. Effective beginning January 1, 2023, the District shall have a maximum annual contribution towards the fringe benefits of each unit member in the amount of Fourteen Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($14,500.00), inclusive of medical, dental and vision benefits. Premium costs above this fringe benefit cap shall be the responsibility of the member. The details and regulations of the Health and Welfare coverage are outlined in the Appendix of this Agreement.

  • Benefit Premiums The Employer shall continue to pay its portion of insured benefit premiums, provided employees continue to pay their portion, as follows:

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Coverage i) It is expected that both job sharers will cover each other's incidental illnesses. If, because of unavoidable circumstances, one cannot cover the other, the unit supervisor must be notified to book coverage. Job sharers are not required to cover for their partner in the case of prolonged or extended absences.

  • I nsurance During the License Term, Licensee shall, at its own cost and expense, procure and continue in force such insurance policies as are required by Licensor. Such insurance shall, at a minimum include commercial general liability insurance with a combined policy limit of at least $1,000,000 or such other amount as is reasonably agreed to by the parties. Licensor shall be named as an additional named insured on all such policies of insurance. A renewal policy shall be procured not less than ten (10) days prior to the expiration of any policy. Each original policy or a certified copy thereof, or a satisfactory certificate of the insurer evidencing insurance carried with proof of payment of the premium, shall be deposited with Licensor prior to the commencement date of the term hereof and within ten (10) days of the each anniversary date thereafter. If possible and financially feasible, Licensee shall endeavor to have the foregoing insurance policy provide coverage for issues related to COVID-19, novel coronavirus, or similar issues. Licensee shall provide workers’ compensation and employer liability coverage as may be required by the State of Nebraska.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.
