Diversion Coordinators. Contractor shall employ a minimum of two full-time employees designated as Diversion Coordinators to assist Service Recipients in Diverting the maximum amount of Solid Waste from the landfill. Diversion Coordinators. Contractor shall provide one (1) full-time Diversion Coordinator who is solely dedicated to the City and shall not perform any work related to other jurisdictions, proposals, or business functions of Contractor. Contractor shall hire the Diversion Coordinator in advance of the Commencement Date and the Diversion Coordinators shall assist in contacting all Multi-Family and Commercial Customers prior to the Commencement Date to determine Service Levels. The duties of the Diversion Coordinator will be focused on public education, community outreach, Commercial and Multi-Family site visits, and technical assistance, and will be substantially as proposed by Contractor in Exhibit G Contractor’s Proposal and in Exhibit C Public Education and Outreach Requirements. Diversion Coordinator(s) shall be full-time, regular, professional positions, compensated in accordance with the wages shown in Contractor’s Proposal for such positions. Contractor acknowledges that the Diversion Coordinator role is not intended to be an internship, or entry-level role. City shall have the option to participate in the hiring and training process of Contractor’s Diversion Coordinators.
