Documentation and file formats. Before completion of the contract the successful Bidder will provide electronic copies of the following documentation relating to the project and the completed system: • Preliminary Design Review (PDR) documents • Final Design Review (FDR) documents • Factory Acceptance Test procedures • Factory Acceptance Test reports • Full set of manufacturing drawings for all equipment suppliedSafety reportElectrical safety test certificates • QA documents, certifying that the equipment conforms to the specification and the supplied engineering drawings, and containing all certificates, relevant documents and results of test procedures • Magnetic measurement results in spreadsheet format In addition to the sets of final drawings, the successful Bidder shall make drawings available as soon as possible throughout the term of the contract, for the Contracting Authority’s inspection and/or approval. Monthly and milestone reports should be submitted in PDF format. The Bidder will be required to produce a full set of engineering drawings showing all components and enough assembly details to allow complete construction of the magnets. Drawings should be submitted in a format compatible with the Contracting Authority’s CAD systems – STEP or Creo is preferred. Electrical drawings showing all agreed cabling and connections should be supplied in AutoCad DWG or DXF file format. The Contracting Authority will provide a batch of drawing numbers at the start of the project so that drawings can be integrated into our drawing registry. Measurement data should be sent in Excel-compatible format. All reports should be in English.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Access to File 12.01 An employee shall upon written request, made a reasonable time before the time of viewing, have an opportunity to view their personnel file in the presence of the Director of Human Resources or their designate. The information the employee may review will be:

  • Access to Files 12.01 A copy of any completed evaluation which is to be placed in a nurse's file shall be first reviewed with the nurse. The nurse shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in a file. Each nurse shall have reasonable access to the file for the purposes of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein in the presence of the supervisor.
