Final Design Review. Developer shall schedule and conduct a Final Design Review when the Design Documents and Construction Documents for a Design Unit are 100 percent complete. Developer shall specifically highlight, check, and bring to the attention of IFA in writing any changes to information presented at previous Design Reviews. Developer shall present the Final Design for review and comment by IFA.

Final Design Review a. Within sixty (60) days after the date of approval of the preliminary design by the City, the Artist shall prepare and submit to the City detailed working drawings of the Work and the Site, together with such other graphic material as may reasonably be requested by the City in order to permit the City to carry out final design review and to certify the compliance of the Work with applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Upon request by the Artist, the City shall promptly furnish all readily available information and assistance required by the Artist in connection with said submission. However, the City does not guarantee its information, materials and assistance, and assumes no liability therefore. The Artist shall be solely responsible for designing, fabricating, constructing, delivering and installing the Work in compliance with all applicable city, state and/or federal statutes, ordinances, and/or regulations. It is expressly understood that the Artist shall have his or her final design reviewed and stamped as approved as to structural integrity by a professional engineer licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. b. The submission shall also include a budget, not to exceed Dollars ($ .00), as described herein, that includes all costs for design, engineering, execution, fabrication, transportation, delivery, installation, insurance, contingencies, consultant fees, fees and permits, and any other costs associated with the Work, and the Artist’s fee. c. The submission shall also include a written statement detailing anticipated regular and routine maintenance, such maintenance to be provided by the City in its sole discretion, as appropriate to maintain the Work in its intended condition. d. During the final design review, the City may also require the Artist to make such revisions to the design as are necessary for the Work to comply with applicable statutes, ordinances, or regulations of the City, the State of Colorado, or the U. S. Government. e. The City may also request revisions for other practical and/or non- aesthetic reasons. f. After its receipt of the Artist’s submission(s) pursuant to this Section 1. 4, the City shall notify the Artist of its approval (or disapproval) of such submission and budget and of all revisions made in the initial proposal as a result thereof. Final Design Review. (a) Accenture shall, with the assistance of the Ministry, acting reasonably, develop a requirements mapping document that maps Final Design Review to the GTA Fare System Technical Specifications and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to identify on such mapping document which, if any, of the GTA Fare System Technical Specifications are not addressed in Final Design Review. With respect to any GTA Fare System Technical Specifications which are not addressed in Final Design Review, Ministry (acting reasonably) shall determine whether such requirements (a) still apply to the Agreement, in which case such requirements shall be addressed by the Contractor; or (b) do not still apply to the Agreement, in which case the Parties shall prepare and execute a Variance, on such terms mutually agreed by the Parties, with respect to such requirement. (b) In accordance with the foregoing, and for greater certainty, the Parties acknowledge and agree that Final Design Review is intended to provide a design baseline for the GTA Fare System in accordance with Section 6.5 of Part 7 of the GTA Fare System Technical Specifications. Final Design Review. 7.1 After the Project Kickoff Meetings, Teton and the City project teams will meet to finalize the proposed system design. The goal of this review is to achieve written agreement on the overall system design and equipment deliverables. This meeting will produce the updated System Description, updated Equipment List and System Drawings or other documentation applicable to the project implementation. Teton will provide a draft system design to the City for review prior to the Final Design Review Meeting.
Final Design Review. Contractor shall conduct a final design review with Authority’s selected staff prior to final development to ensure that the desired call flow is consistent with industry best practices and best delivers the information to meet the requirements of this RFP. Contractor shall suggest changes and enhancements to the design of the service to deliver to Authority a complete and comprehensive solution for its callers. Written acceptance of the final design will come from the Authority Project Manager and Contractor shall commence the development of the service.
Final Design Review. The Final Design Review is conducted at the Mikron Corporation facility in Aurora, Colorado. A complete mechanical assembly drawing package is reviewed for approval of the overall design. The electrical and controls engineers also review the drawings of panels, schematics and the overall structure of the software. Following this review, the details of the system are released for fabrication and assembly. Mikron Corporation Denver openly invites Customer to participate in all aspects of the engineering phase. Frequent visits and meetings to review concepts and progress enhance the overall design effort.
