DOLLAR ALLOWANCE. The Tenant Improvement work (herein "Tenant Improvements") shall consist of any work, including work in place as of the date hereof, required to complete the Premises pursuant to the approved Working Drawings and Specifications (as hereinafter defined). The Tenant Improvements shall not include the "Shell Building Work" (as defined in Article III below). All of the Tenant Improvement work shall be performed by the "Selected Contractor" (as hereinafter defined) and in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth below.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.
