Drop Off/Pick Up. At the conclusion of practice, a swimmer is no longer under any coach supervision. In signing this Contract, I agree to promptly pick up my child after practice, and I understand that the locker rooms, lobbies, stands and parking lot area are not supervised and should not be used as a play area by my child. Furthermore, if a facility is closing and my swimmer is not yet picked up I agree to the policies at the facilities to pay for the extra child care during the delay in picking up which may be over $25 per 15 minute intervals.
Drop Off/Pick Up. When dropping off and picking up students from the College, Parents are expected to ensure the health and safety of all members of our College community, as well as the wider community, at all times. Parents must adhere to all traffic rules and any College traffic management system in place. This includes adhering to applicable speed limits, observing all traffic signs, limiting the use of car horns (unless indicating imminent danger), and parking appropriately and safely.

I/We understand that I/We shall be personally responsible to see that my child reaches the assigned drop off location, and that I/We are responsible to pick up my child from the assigned pick up location. I/We understand that if someone other than me is going to assume responsibility for drop off or pick up of my child I/We must inform the teacher in writing prior to the arrangements occurring. I/We understand that I/We must notify the Xxxx Rock Community School office of my child’s allergies or health concerns. If my child uses an EpiPen, we are responsible for providing a separate, unexpired EpiPen for the classroom. In the event of an emergency, I/We give permission to the teacher to have my child treated by medical personnel. The teacher will make reasonable attempts to contact the parent or emergency contact prior to emergency medical treatment.
Drop Off/Pick Up. Older children between the ages of 13 to 18 years are not permitted to pick up a child from the home day care unless the parent/guardian provides the Home Provider with signed, written permission, and informs West End Home Child Care Services. At the end of each day, you must find time to discuss your child’s day with the provider. If parents request their child (10 years of age and older) to leave the premises on his/ her own, the parent must provide the Home Provider with signed written permission and inform West End Home Child Care Services.
Drop Off/Pick Up. Class will start at its scheduled time, if you are going to be late dropping off please call the classroom line and leave a message so your teacher knows to expect your child late. If you are going to be late picking up your child, you need to get in touch with the center to make sure we knows when to expect you. *Only those authorized to pick up children will be allowed to take the child from the premise. If someone other than you will be picking up your child, written permission must be obtained prior to pick up, and your instructor will need physical identification from that person at time of pick up.
Drop Off/Pick Up. 1. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will work with the Renter to find a mutually agreeable time for pick up and drop off.
2. The Renter will ensure that they have an authorized, flat, safe, easily accessible location on private property to park and operate the sauna (including operation of a woodburning stove). The sauna trailer has a small footprint (13 x 8 feet) and will fit most driveways. If Xxxxxxx Xxxxx arrives to find an unsuitable or unauthorized location (a) this will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 notice (see Cancellation Policy below), (b) the sauna will not be dropped off and (c) the Renter will not be provided with a refund.
3. The Renter will ensure that the sauna is not moved after Xxxxxxx Xxxxx completes set up.
4. The Renter will ensure that the trailer lock/s are not tampered with or altered.
5. The Renter will not light the stove on the morning of pick-up and will ensure that the fire is out and no hot embers are present at pick-up. The stove must be cool for safe transport. If Xxxxxxx Xxxxx arrives to find a stove with hot embers or fire, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged.
Drop Off/Pick Up a. All staff will wear cloth masks during drop-off/pick-up.
b. Drop-off and pick-up time-frames may need to be extended to allow students to exit from/enter 6-8 cars at a time, to limit crowding at the entrances.
c. Sixth grade students will not be utilized for escorting younger students to classrooms, to limit entrance/lobby crowding.
Drop Off/Pick Up. Sublessor and Sublessee shall mutually determine on or before August 1, 2021, how Sublessee’s students will be dropped off and picked up by parents.

If your child is picked up after the times listed (based on your pick up time), we will assess you a late fee of $3.00 per minute according to the teacher dismissing your child. In extreme cases, contact will be made to the Division of Child Permanency and Protection or the Xxxx Rock Police. If the tardiness is ongoing, your child may be withdrawn from the program.
