Drop-Off Time. The Contractor shall ensure clients arrive on-time for their appointments. The Contractor shall ensure that clients are not delayed in arriving at a medical appointment due to a delay caused by either the Contractor or a subcontracted provider.

Drop-Off Time. All children must be in the building by 9:30am unless they have a written excuse from a health care provider, therapist etc. This allows us to provide a healthy breakfast to each child. If your child does arrive after breakfast has been served, you are welcome to have a plate of breakfast prepared for your child by our xxxx, but the child must remain in your custody while he or she eats. Please bring your child directly to the classroom when finished. Breakfast times for each class are posted in each classroom as are weekly menus. Tuition An application fee ($20) is due upon receiving your paperwork, which will be applied toward your first week’s tuition. There is no application fee for Purchase of Care Clients. Purchase of Care clients are welcomed as space permits. Our POC number is 1710292600. POC clients must have current authorization papers in order to be admitted. If POC authorization lapses, the client must pay the center’s daily fee ($60.00 per child per day) in advance until papers are provided. There is no guarantee that the State of DE will backdate paperwork, so please get paperwork reauthorized prior to the end date on the form. Be advised that we do not accept verbal authorizations from social workers. POC clients without current authorization papers or private daily payment made in advance cannot be admitted. Tuition (or co-payments for Purchase of Care) is due one week in advance. Please use tuition box in lobby outside of receptionist’s office. All fees are non-refundable.
Drop-Off Time. Owner shall provide Love My Dog the approximate time Owner wishes to have Love My Dog drop off Owner’s dog(s). The latest Owner may request Love My Dog to have Owner’s dog(s) dropped off is 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. Love My Dog does not provide Limo Services on Saturdays or Sundays. Owner understands and agrees that traffic, inclement weather, and other unforeseeable incidences beyond Love My Dog’s control may delay Love My Dog from dropping off Owner’s dog(s) at an exact time.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Executive shall earn and accrue paid-time-off covering vacation and sick time benefits at the rate of twenty (20) days per year for employment periods of up to five years of service. The PTO accrual rate shall automatically increase by five (5) additional days for each additional 5 years of service up to maximum of thirty (30) days per year after 10 years of service. For example, after five years of service, the annual PTO accrual rate shall increase to twenty-five (25) days. Unused PTO shall carry over to the next year, but Executive shall cease accruing further PTO at any time Executive has accrued two times his annual accrual rate. Unused PTO days which are not in excess of two-times the annual accrual rate shall be paid in a cash lump sum payment promptly after Executive’s termination of employment.

  • Prep Time For full day 10-month (184 day) or 12-month (223 day) teachers, 45 minutes of uninterrupted daily prep time will be provided to each teacher to be used for professional activities (for example, classroom preparations, parent conferences, and peer consultations).

  • Time Off Between Shifts Failure to provide the minimum number of hours between the commencement of an employee's scheduled shift and the commencement of such employee's next scheduled shift shall result in payment of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular straight time hourly rate for only those hours which reduce the minimum hour period. Where the minimum period is reduced as a result of an approved change of shift(s) requested by the employee(s), such premium payment shall not apply. The minimum number of hours for purposes of this Article shall be determined locally and will be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Daylight Savings Time Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.
