Duration and Parameters of Leave. 15 Such leave shall not exceed 12 workweeks in a 12-month period measured from the first 16 day of such leave. If the District employs both parents, their aggregate leave for birth, adoption or xxxxxx care 17 placement shall not exceed 12 workweeks in a 12 month period. 18 Such leave may be taken intermittently in increments of at least one hour.
