Duration of Agreement and Renewal. 11.1 If you purchase your Season Card and you pay for this without the use of a Credit Facility, this Agreement will expire on the day following the final Match of the Season.
11.2 If you purchase your Season Card and you pay for this by way of the use of a Credit Facility, your Season Card shall automatically renew (in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in clause 11.3) at the end of the Season (and at the end of each subsequent Next Season) in respect of the forthcoming Next Season unless you shall have cancelled your Season Card in accordance with clause 11.3.

11.3 Our regulated finance partner may write to you in future regarding the renewal of your Credit Facility, including the terms and conditions relating to that Credit Facility and the repayment terms, all as regards the funding of your Season Card in respect to the Next Season. You shall be provided with a thirty-day period to cancel your Credit Facility if you do not want this to renew automatically. If you confirm directly to our regulated finance partner that you wish to cancel your Credit Facility before the deadline for so doing, your Season Card will be cancelled in respect of the Next Season and you will not be charged.
11.4 If you do not confirm to our regulated finance partner that you wish to cancel your Credit Facility before the deadline for so doing, your Season Card may be automatically renewed in respect to Next Season and you will become liable to repay our regulated finance partner in accordance with the terms of your Credit Facility.
11.5 All terms of this Agreement that by their nature are intended to survive termination or expiry of this Agreement, will survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement.
Duration of Agreement and Renewal. 12.1 If you are purchasing a Matchday Hospitality Package, this Agreement will expire two hours after the final whistle of the Match in question.
12.2 If you are purchasing a Seasonal Hospitality Package and you pay for this other than by way of:
12.2.1 a Credit Facility; or
12.2.2 by direct debit or by credit or debit card payment, this Agreement will expire two hours after the final whistle of the final Match of the Season.
Duration of Agreement and Renewal. The term of this Agreement is five years, beginning on June 1, 2014. This Agreement shall be automatically extended for a subsequent year, unless any party gives written notice to the other Participants of its intent to withdraw from the agreement or requests an amendment to the agreement. A notice of withdrawal or request for amendments should be submitted before the first day of September.

4.3. Ít nhất …….. trước ngày hết Thời hạn thuê, bên B hoặc bên A sẽ gửi chi Bên kia một Thông báo đồng, trong đó, giá thuê NHÀ XƯỞNG sẽ được thương lượng lại dựa trên giá thị trường. Tron ngày kể từ ngày nhận được Thông báo, Bên nhận được Thông báo phải có văn bản trả lời về việ gia hạn hay không gia hạn. Trường hợp cùng đòng ý gia hạn, Hai Bên sẽ ký bản Phụ lục về việc đồng. Trường hợp bên A hoặc bên B không gửi Thông báo trả lời thì Hợp đồng sẽ mặc nhiên ngày hết hạn của Hợp đồng;
4.4. Ngày bàn giao NHÀ XƯỞNG và máy móc thiết bị là ngày …. tháng …. năm …… Vào ngày bả XƯỞNG và MÁY MÓC THIẾT BỊ, Hai Bên sẽ tiến hành lập và ký Biên bản bàn giao NHÀ MÁY MÓC THIẾT BỊ; Ngày bàn giao NHÀ XƯỞNG theo quy định tại khoản này có thể sớm hơn hoặc muộn hơn ….. ngà đến hạn.
Duration of Agreement and Renewal. The initial term of this Agreement --------------------------------- shall be for twenty (20) years commencing on the Effective Date. This Agreement shall thereafter automatically be renewed for successive five (5) year periods unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the annual renewal date, or unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to the terms of this Section 6.
Duration of Agreement and Renewal. A. Initial Term This Agreement shall have an initial term of [to be determined] commencing on April 1, 2001 (the "Initial Term"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with Section XI of this Agreement, Termination and Default; provided that no court order, administrative decision, or action by any other instrumentality of the United States Government or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is outstanding which prevents implementation of this Agreement.

5.2 If, at the date of expiry of this agreement, no agreement has been reached as to renewal or replacement, the terms and conditions of the expired agreement shall continue in force until cancelled or replaced by another agreement.
5.3 Negotiations for a replacement Agreement will commence three (3) months prior to the nominal expiry date in accordance with clause 5.1 of the Agreement.
5.4 The employer will make available to all workers covered by this agreement, a copy of the agreement and the Award.
Duration of Agreement and Renewal. Subject to the successful completion of Readiness Review, the term of this Agreement will commence on January 1, 2017 and will have an initial term of three (3) years, provided that no court order, administrative decision, or action by the federal or state government is outstanding which prevents the commencement of the Agreement. The Department has the option to extend this Agreement for an additional two (2) year period upon the same terms and conditions. The Department will notify the PH-MCO of its election to exercise the renewal option in writing at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the then current term provided, however, that the Department’s right to exercise any such renewal option shall not expire unless and until the PH-MCO has given the Department written notice of the Department’s failure to timely exercise its renewal option and has provided a ten (10) day opportunity from the Department’s receipt of the notice to cure the failure. If the Department exercises its option, it will promptly commence rate discussions with the PH-MCO. If the Department has exercised its option to extend and the PH-MCO and the Department are unable to agree upon terms for the extension, the Agreement will continue on the same terms and conditions for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the expiration of the Initial Term unless the Agreement has been terminated in accordance with Exhibit D.
