Duration of Parental Bonding Leave. Parental Bonding Leave, alone, shall not exceed twelve (12) workweeks within a calendar year. However, when FML for Parental Bonding Leave is combined with FML for Pregnancy Disability Leave, the total FML Leave shall not exceed seven (7) months in a calendar year.
