Common use of Duration Period Clause in Contracts

Duration Period. This contract shall be effective July 1, 2003 and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2006 subject to the Association's right to negotiate over a successor Agreement.

Duration Period. This contract shall be effective July 1, 2003 2018 and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2006 2021 subject to the Association's right to negotiate over a successor Agreement.

Duration Period. This contract shall be effective July 1, 2003 2006 and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2006 2009 subject to the Association's right to negotiate over a successor Agreement.

Duration Period. This contract shall be effective July 1, 2003 2021 and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2006 2024 subject to the Association's right to negotiate over a successor Agreement.
