DURATION, TERM AND RENEWAL. This Agreement shall be effective _______________________ and shall remain in full force and in effect January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2015 without any reopening date. This agreement shall continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter, until one party or the other gives notice, in writing no sooner than one hundred and fifty 150 days nor no later than one hundred and twenty 120 days prior to the expiration of this agreement of a desire to change, modify, or terminate this agreement.

DURATION, TERM AND RENEWAL. THIS AGREEMENT shall be effective January 1, 2011 and shall remain in full force and effect through December 31, 2014. It shall automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter, unless either party shall notify the other, in writing, before one hundred twenty (120) calendar days prior to the termination date that it desires to modify the Agreement. In the event such notice is given, negotiations shall begin no later than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the termination date.   • Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of three years from and after the Live Date (the “Initial Term”), and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive three year terms (each such period, a “Renewal Term”) unless terminated by any party giving written notice of non-renewal at least one hundred eighty days prior to the last day of the then current term to each other party hereto.
