Duties and Responsibilities of Peer Assistance Teachers and Participating Teachers. A. Peer Assistance Teachers shall have the responsibility for no more than two (2) Participating Teachers. Each Referred Participating Teacher shall receive no less than thirty (30) hours of assistance per semester from the Peer Assistance Teacher. Peer Assistance Teachers shall assist Participating Teachers by demonstrating, observing, coaching, conferencing, referring to subject matter specialists or by other appropriate activities, which in their professional judgment, will assist the Participating Teacher.
