Common use of Duty Free Lunch Periods Clause in Contracts

Duty Free Lunch Periods. All secondary teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of at least thirty (30) minutes. All elementary and elementary special area teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of not less than forty (40) minutes.

Duty Free Lunch Periods. All elementary, secondary and Adult Learning Center teachers shall be entitled to a have an uninterrupted daily duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of at least thirty (30) minutes. All elementary and elementary special area teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted free lunch period of not less than forty forty-five (4045) minutes, except that for school year 2019-20 the schedule shall provide a lunch period of not less than thirty-five (35) minutes. Teachers shall be permitted to leave the building during their lunch periods.
