Early Completion definition

Early Completion. Your payment obligation ends when your payments (including any amounts paid beyond amounts that are due) reach the early completion amount (your funded amount growing at 7.50% annually), and you've paid any outstanding payments and fees.
Early Completion. At any point prior to the Client’s deadline, Client may end the project, at which point the project will be considered completed and no further work will be done or paid for, but all work done up to that point will be transferred and paid for, per the Completion clause above. If a phase of the Work has not yet been approved by the Client at the time at which the project is ended, Client will pay on pro-rated basis for the part of the work that has been done. Revisions: Client may request up to [amount] revisions to the Work without additional fees, provided that such revisions do not require work exceeding the Scope of Work as defined in this Agreement. Contractor may decline, or charge additionally for, work that Contractor reasonably deems to be beyond the Scope of Work. Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to provide Contractor with text and images (copy, etc.) needed for the Work to be completed on time and to Client’s satisfaction. Rights: Rights, including copyright, ownership, and publishing rights, to this Work belong to the Contractor until the completion of the project and the transfer of payment, at which point they will transfer to the Client. Contractor can showcase sample works from this project as portfolio pieces only with consent and approval from Client.
Early Completion. Bonus is defined in Section 6.5.4. Effective Date is defined in the Preamble. Final Application for Payment is defined in Section 10.3. Final Completion is defined in Section 6.6.2. Final Completion Date is the date that is 90 Days after the Substantial Completion Date. Final Payment is defined in Section 10.3.

Examples of Early Completion in a sentence

  • In the event that an Early Completion Schedule is accepted, the Engineer will initiate a change order amending the Completion Date to the finish date shown on the accepted Early Completion Schedule.

Early Completion means that all of the following have occurred with respect to the Facility: (i) Cool Down has been completed for System 1 and System 2; (ii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and precommissioning checks of all of the vaporizers for the Facility to ensure that all such vaporizers and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement, and thirteen vaporizers have been operated to their rated capacity; (iii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and pre-commissioning checks and tests of System 1 and System 2 to ensure that these Systems and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement; and (iv) System 1 and System 2, collectively, are capable of a Sendout Rate of 2,000 MMSCFD or above at a temperature of no less than 40°F and at a pressure of no less than 1,440 PSIG, as measured at the exit for the main Facility transfer meter. The status of being “capable” shall be determined by such tests or operational records as may be mutually agreed by the Parties prior to Contractor’s achievement of Early Completion.

Related to Early Completion

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
