Education and Training Fund. (a) The Employer shall contribute to the Union the sum of $2000.00 per year for every year of the collective agreement for education and training of Union members. (b) The money shall be made payable to COPE Local 378 Education and Training Fund, 0xx Xxxxx, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx, X.X. X0X 0X0 and shall be remitted on June 1, of each contract year.
